Fine with me. It gives the important / discrimination information first: repository and branch.
Other "style" variation (of course suject to personal taste) could be
Subject: [MonetDB Feb2010] Fix some things . : - /
or alike. I don't care too much. Important is the content: repository, branch, summary (preferably in that order)
