A big check-in is coming. I went over the wlcr code and 'removed' the background thread. Now only rolling forward using wlr.replicate(limit) or (exclusively) the background thread using a beat.

Test wlr70 still fails, because the code in wlr.c line 520 is still wrong (call wlr.replicate(now())) strftime(timelimit, sizeof(timelimit), "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S.000", (void*) getArgReference(stk, pci, 1));
