[Monetdb-developers] XRPCwrapper fails to compile with java 1.4

I fear this may not be enough.

Both JDBC and XRPCwrapper only work (the latter only compiles) with Sun
Java, not with gcj.  So we should also test for that.

As a case in point, at home I couldn't compile xrpcwrapper since I don't
have Sun Java installed.
