[Monetdb-developers] gethostbyname() problem

Jan,

I suppose your system is Fedora Core 6, right?
(see `grep . /etc/redhat-release /etc/fedora-release`)

What do the following do/say?

	grep localhost /etc/hosts

	host localhost

	host <your-fully-qualified-host-name>

	MapiClient -lx -h <your-fully-qualified-host-name>
