How can a XQuery server be started which is bound to the ANY interface
(0.0.0.0) instead of the safe, but rather useless localhost (127.0.0.1)
interface with these changes?

Second, how does this relate to the SQL module's way of doing things?
If I recall correctly, Niels didn't do this "streamlining" because that
would be problematic in some way.  I guess, however (I like the
streamlining behaviour) that for consistency sql_server (and maybe
mapi/mil) should behave in the same way before the release.
