hi,
I’m writing a theoretical paper about MonetDB and I have a question about the MAL. Does the MAL also use inverted lists and are the updated in the same way described for the MIL in the thesis of P. A. Boncz “Monet: A Next-Generation DBMS Kernel For Query-Intensive Applications” on page 137f.
Thanks for any information

MAL does not have list/array/set type constructors other then the BATs.
Thanks for any information
