Hi,
You are missing path to the monet libraries. There are two ways to solve the problem:
1. add the path where are the libraries to your ld.conf in /etc and run ldconfig -v.
2. set shell variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the path where are the libraries.
After that you can try command: ldd /usr/local/bin/mserver5 .
In my case it shows something like this:
