hi, we just upgraded to this version of sp4.  when we load the new mservers, they loaded immediately without saying anything about the update (they do display sp4 now).  in previous upgrades, i've noticed a few minutes of "upgrading to latest version" processing time, but none with this version upgrade.  not sure if that indicates a potential mix-up but no harm in reporting.  thank you again!
